Corey Feldman has spoken out about why he is requesting $10 million to make a film about a “pedophile ring” in Hollywood. He spoke to Matt Lauer and explained that some of the costs would go towards his personal safety.
“I need a team of lawyers and I need a team of security to be around me at all times to keep me safe so I can get this message done.”
Last week Corey said that someone intentionally tried to run him over with their car. Corey also explained that this film would not be a documentary, so the fees would be higher to cover the costs of actors and whatnot.
The mother of Corey Haim, a fellow child star, has warned against giving him what he’s asking for.
“He’s been talking about revealing the names of his and other abusers for seven years since my son died. Now he wants $10 million to do it? Come on. It’s a long con. He’s a scam artist. If he was serious about this, he’d share the information he has with the police.”
