Lance Bass has signed on to host the first all gay dating show, which is a Bachelor style format show airing on the Logo channel.

The eight episode series will feature 13 men living under the same roof while competing for the love of Robert Sepulveda Jr, an interior designer from Atlanta. The show titled Finding Prince Charming is reportedly already in the beginning stages, but the names of the contestants have not yet been released.

The Logo Senior VP of original programming Pamela Post released a statement about show, saying that viewers could expect to see a “whirlwind journey.”

“Logo has a long history of showcasing LGBTQ-focused stories with memorable characters that transcend pop culture. Finding Prince Charming will take viewers on a whirlwind journey through modern love and relationships in a way that only Logo can do.”

Reality dating shows have proved to be incredibly popular with viewers, although often they are criticized for their lack of diversity. Shows like the Bachelor have never featured gay contestants, and Logo’s version will be the first time that the entire cast is gay. The chosen men will be eliminated one by one as the show goes along until a single man is chosen.

The show will debut this fall.
