Model Bella Hadid recently shot a new denim campaign, and during the day she did some interview dishing as well.

Bella admitted that she still gets a little nervous, especially when it’s for big gigs like the first time she walked in a couture show.

“I got huge butterflies! But once you begin to understand the environment you are in, you realize that everyone around you is in the same state of mind, feeling the same excitement whether it’s the first time or not, and the most fun is the laughter and clapping backstage once the show ends.”

She went on to share some of her tricks for keeping the nerves at bay.

“I pair up with friends backstage so we can encourage one another, and I’ll listen to music on my headphones to get me excited and start moving around.”

Bella was chosen to be the face of the new Joe’s Jeans campaign, which seems like a good match at Bella is a denim lover and is said to own over 200 pairs.

“[Founder and creative director] Joe Dahan saw me as the ‘jeans girl’ and thought that I could reflect his inspiration for the upcoming season,” she said, before adding that her first pair of Joe’s jeans was “the perfect black coated skinny pair.”

Bella was a big fan of everything she modeled during the shoot.

“Like I told the team on set, I wanted to take every pair home with me. I’d wear them every day if I could! Always buy a pair that fits you perfectly. Try on several pairs until you find the fit that is just for you.”
