Chrissy Teigen Left a Waitress a $1,000 Tip

Chrissy Teigen recently left a waitress a $1,000 tip at an Outback Steakhouse in Ohio. A 21-year-old waitress named Mikayla Scott said shared the story in an interview.

Mikayla said that she was nervous to wait on Chrissy when she first out that she would be seated in her section, but that Chrissy seemed to enjoy her. When the bill came at the end of the meal, which cost $193.81, Chrissy tipped $1,000. Apparently Mikayla shared some of the tip with her coworkers.

Chrissy was eating at the restaurant with her daughter Luna and a few other people. The town they were in is close to where Chrissy’a husband John Legend grew up. They were reportedly in town to watch the football team play at the high school that John went to.

Chrissy has demonstrated other random acts of kindness involving money, such as paying off a woman’s crowd funding page who was trying to raise money to go beauty school.
