Olivia Munn has responded to claims that she’s gotten facial fillers with an all natural beauty tip: Japanese sweet potatoes. She claims that their hyaluronic acid-rich satsuma-imo goes a long way towards preventing wrinkles and keeping her looking young.

“I’ve talked about this before and I still stand by it: Japanese potatoes that are high in hyaluronic acid help keep wrinkles away.”

She has also shared that her go-to snack for staying away from sugar and carbs is beef jerky. Most beef jerky does actually have some sugar in it but it’s relatively low and it’s high in protein which means that it can help curve other cravings.

Staying away from sugar and process carbs is actually another great beauty tip, since eating sugar can make collagen stiff and more likely to wrinkle. Whether or not that’s really the extent of her beauty regime, who knows.
