Jennifer Aniston has opened up about the diet and fitness habits that she relies on to stay feeling and looking great.
She tends to start the day with something like toast with poached eggs and avocado or a smoothie. The actress has a go-to smoothie recipe is “some sort of pure protein [presumably protein powder], then bananas, blueberries, frozen cherries, stevia, a vegetable mix of dynamic greens that goes in there, maca powder, and a little cacao.”
For both lunch and dinner she goes for protein with vegetables and stays away from the refined carbs. For snacks she loves to munch on some frozen grapes. That all sounds reasonable enough and actually quite delicious.
When you’re making your own smoothies at home it helps to stock up on frozen fruits and veggies, protein powder, and of course a great blender.
